102 Seizure of property subject to security
(1)
An authorised officer may seize a thing, and exercise powers relating to the thing, despite a lien or other security over the thing claimed by another person (the claimant).
(2)
However, the seizure does not affect the claimant’s claim to the lien or other security against a person other than—
(a)
the authorised officer; or
(b)
a person acting under the direction or authority of the authorised officer.
