114 Offence to contravene personal details requirement
(1)
A person of whom a requirement is made under section 113 must comply with the requirement unless the person has a reasonable excuse.Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
(2)
A person may not be convicted of an offence against subsection (1) unless the person is convicted of the offence in relation to which the requirement under section 113 was made.
