142 Written disclosure of information about accreditations to other persons
The chief executive may, on application by a person, disclose to the person in writing information kept by the chief executive under this Act about an accreditation.
The application—
must be in the approved form; and
must be accompanied by the written consent of the holder of the accreditation; and
may be made by electronic communication.
Subsection (2)(b) does not apply if the applicant is—
the holder of the accreditation; or
for an accreditation held by a corporation—an executive officer of the corporation; or
for an accreditation held by a partnership—a partner in the partnership.
However, if the information is confidential information about an individual, the chief executive must not disclose the information to a person other than the individual without the individual’s written consent.
