36 Minor amendments to accreditations

(1)

The chief executive may, by notice given to the holder of an accreditation, make a minor amendment to the accreditation.

(2)

An amendment of an accreditation is a minor amendment if—

(a)

the amendment is for a formal or clerical reason; or

(b)

the amendment omits a condition of the accreditation; or

(c)

the amendment does not adversely affect the interests of the holder of the accreditation; or

(d)

the holder of the accreditation has agreed to the amendment.

(3)

The amendment takes effect on the day the notice is given or a later day stated in the notice.
