49 Automatic suspension of driver accreditations if relevant driver licence suspended
(1)
This section applies if a relevant driver licence held by the holder of a driver accreditation is suspended.
(2)
The driver accreditation is automatically suspended from the day the relevant driver licence is suspended until the suspension of the licence ends.
