72 Requirement to notify of new executive officers or partners—holders of operator accreditations
(1)
The holder of an operator accreditation must give the chief executive notice of the following events within 14 days after the day the event happens—
(a)
if the holder is a corporation—a new executive officer of the corporation is appointed;
(b)
if the holder is a partnership—a new partner joins the partnership.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
(2)
The notice must be—
(a)
in the approved form; and
(b)
accompanied by the fee prescribed by regulation.
