77 Holding more than 1 driver accreditation or assistant accreditation
(1)
A person must not hold more than 1 driver accreditation at the same time.Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
(2)
A person must not hold more than 1 assistant accreditation at the same time.Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
