13 Ministerial directions
(1)
The Minister may give TIQ a written direction in relation to TIQ and its subsidiaries.
(2)
TIQ must comply with the direction.
(3)
The board must ensure the direction is complied with in relation to TIQ and must, as far as practicable, ensure it is complied with in relation to its subsidiaries.
(4)
In this section—
subsidiary, of TIQ, means a body corporate that is a subsidiary of TIQ under the Corporations Act, part 1.2, division 6.
