The following provisions commence on a day to be fixed by proclamation—
(a)
parts 3 and 7;
(b)
schedule 1, definitions asset, employee, employee register, register, Trade Office, transfer, transferable asset, transferable assets and liabilities, transferable employee, transferable instrument, transferable liability, transferable proceeding and transfer day.
