26 Time and place of meetings
(1)
Board meetings are to be held at the times and places the board decides.
(2)
The board must meet at least once every 4 months.
(3)
The chairperson may, at any time, call a board meeting.
(4)
The chairperson must call a board meeting if asked, in writing, to do so by at least 2 members.
