45 What is the employee register
(1)
The employee register is a register of employees of the department that is prepared for TIQ and approved by the chief executive.
(2)
The chief executive may approve the employee register for the purpose of subsection (1).
(3)
At any time within 1 year after the transfer day, the chief executive may change the employee register to correct an omission or error.
