Transport Infrastructure (Dangerous Goods By Rail) Regulation 2018

In this division—

prescribed dangerous goods means—

dangerous goods of UN division 2.1 or subsidiary hazard 2.1; or

dangerous goods of UN class 3 or subsidiary hazard 3.

prescribed way means—

for the bulk transfer of prescribed dangerous goods—a way that—

complies with chapter 10.2 of the ADG Code, to the extent the chapter is not inconsistent with subparagraph (ii); and

ensures the distance between a source of ignition and a hose connection point is at least—

for dangerous goods of UN division 2.1 or subsidiary hazard 2.1—10m; or

for dangerous goods of UN class 3 or subsidiary hazard 3—8m; or

for the bulk transfer of other dangerous goods—a way that complies with chapter 10.2 of the ADG Code.
