157 Corresponding approvals
This section applies to an approval granted in another jurisdiction if—
the approval is granted under a provision of the law of the other jurisdiction corresponding to a provision (the relevant provision) of any of the following sections—
section 46;
section 50;
section 106;
section 107;
section 134; and
the approval has effect in the other jurisdiction; and
the competent authorities panel has decided that the approval should have effect in all participating jurisdictions, or 1 or more participating jurisdictions including this jurisdiction, and the panel has not reversed its decision.
Other than for circumstances that do not exist in this jurisdiction, the approval has effect in this jurisdiction as if it were an approval given by the chief executive under the relevant provision.
