169 Reasons for refusal of applications
(1)
This section applies if the chief executive refuses an application to—
(a)
make or amend an administrative determination; or
(b)
give or amend an approval under this regulation.
(2)
The chief executive must inform the applicant by written notice of the refusal.
(3)
The notice must be or include an information notice for the refusal.
