174 Referring matters to the competent authorities panel
The chief executive must refer any of the following matters or applications to the competent authorities panel if the chief executive considers the matter or decision on the application should have effect in all participating jurisdictions or this jurisdiction and 1 or more other participating jurisdictions—
an approval;
an application for an approval;
an administrative determination;
an application for an administrative determination.
The chief executive must refer to the competent authorities panel an approval or administrative determination having effect in this jurisdiction, and 1 or more other participating jurisdictions, if—
the chief executive considers that the approval should be amended, suspended or cancelled; or
a dangerous goods authority recommends to the chief executive in writing that the approval should be amended, suspended or cancelled.
