Part 3Transport of dangerous goods to which special provisions apply
38 Duty of packers
A person must not pack the dangerous goods for transport if the person knows, or ought reasonably to know, that—
(a)
the special provision applies to the transport of the goods; and
(b)
the transport of the goods does not, or will not, comply with the special provision.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
