Packing of dangerous goods in limited quantities or excepted quantities

In force

(1)

This part does not apply to dangerous goods that are—

(a)

goods packed in limited quantities; or

(b)

goods packed in excepted quantities.

(2)

To remove any doubt, it is declared that this part applies to—

(a)

dangerous goods that are purported to be packed in limited quantities but do not comply with the requirements of section 17; and

(b)

dangerous goods that are purported to be packed in excepted quantities but do not comply with the requirements of section 17A.

Note—

Sections 17(a) and 17A(b) respectively require compliance with chapter 3.4 and 3.5 of the ADG Code.
