44 Marking packaging
(1)
A person must not apply a marking required under part 6 of the ADG Code on packaging if the packaging is not of a design approved under section 46.Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
(2)
A person must not apply a marking mentioned in part 6 of the ADG Code on packaging if the marking is not appropriate for the packaging.Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
