8 References to codes, standards and rules

In this regulation, a reference to an instrument includes a reference to another instrument as applied or adopted by, or incorporated in, the first instrument.
(2)
In this section—
instrument means a code, standard or rule, whether made in or outside Australia, relating to dangerous goods or transport by road or rail, and includes a provision of an instrument.
