95 Duties of consignors
(1)
A person must not consign dangerous goods for transport in or on a rail vehicle if the person knows, or ought reasonably to know, that the goods or their packaging are not, or will not be, loaded, stowed and restrained in accordance with chapter 8.1 of the ADG Code.Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
(2)
A person must not consign dangerous goods for transport in or on a cargo transport unit if the person knows, or ought reasonably to know, that the cargo transport unit is not, or will not be, restrained in accordance with chapter 8.2 of the ADG Code.Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
