98 Application of part
(1)
This part applies in relation to—
(a)
the transport of a placard load; and
(b)
the transport of a load that contains dangerous goods, but is not a placard load, if—
(i)
the load contains dangerous goods of UN division 2.3, UN class 6 or UN class 8, or dangerous goods that have a subsidiary hazard of 6.1 or 8; and
(ii)
the load is being transported, or is to be transported, with food or food packaging.
(2)
However, this part does not apply to the transport of dangerous goods packed in limited quantities.
