8 Compliance with prohibitions
(1)
A person given notice of a prohibition under section 4, 5, 6 or 7 must comply with the prohibition unless the person has a reasonable excuse.Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
(2)
However, subsection (1) does not apply if the person has the chief executive’s written permission to engage in the prohibited conduct.
