151 Definitions for part
In this part—
government entity means—
a local government, a State or the Commonwealth; or
an entity established for a government purpose of a local government, a State or the Commonwealth; or
a part of an entity mentioned in paragraph (b).
ultimate approved lessee, of a taxi service licence or limousine licence, means a person—
to whom the licence has been leased or subleased under a lease or sublease approved by the chief executive, under section 162, that has not ended; and
who has not subleased the person’s interest in the licence to another person under another sublease approved by the chief executive, under section 162, that has not ended.
vehicle requirements, for a booked hire service licence, limousine licence or taxi service licence, means the requirements under section 158 for a motor vehicle stated in the licence.
