201 Surrendering authorisation—Act, s 91ZB
(1)
The holder of a booking entity authorisation may surrender the authorisation by giving a written notice about the surrender to the chief executive.
(2)
The surrender takes effect from the day the written notice is received by the chief executive or a later day stated in the notice.
