291 Existing requirement to do a thing
(1)
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a person—
(a)
was required, under an expired provision, to do a thing; and
(b)
had not yet done the thing.
(2)
The requirement to do the thing—
(a)
continues in effect; and
(b)
is taken to be imposed under the corresponding provision for the expired provision.
