303 Existing driver authorisations
Subsection (2) applies if, immediately before the commencement, an authorising document for driver authorisation has, or is taken to have, the expression ‘BHTX’ on the document.
On the commencement, the document is taken to be an authorising document for driver authorisation (booked hire and taxi).
Subsection (4) applies if, immediately before the commencement, an authorising document for driver authorisation has, or is taken to have, the expression ‘Genr’ on the document.
On the commencement, the document is taken to be an authorising document for driver authorisation (general).
