61 Notification of damage, loss or theft of authorising document for driver authorisation—Act, s 34A
(1)
This section applies if an authorised driver is required, under section 34A of the Act, to notify the chief executive that the driver’s authorising document for a driver authorisation has been damaged, lost or stolen.
(2)
The notification—
(a)
is sufficiently given if an application for a replacement authorising document for the driver authorisation is made under section 54; or
(b)
if paragraph (a) does not apply—must be written.
