102B Duty of consignors
A person must not consign a nominally empty storage vessel for transport in a cargo transport unit if the person knows, or ought reasonably to know, that the vessel is not loaded or stowed, or can not be transported or unloaded, in accordance with chapter 7.2 of the ADG Code. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
