106 Duties of drivers
(1)
A person must not drive a vehicle transporting dangerous goods if the person knows, or ought reasonably to know, that the goods or their packaging have not been loaded or stowed, or are not restrained, in accordance with chapter 8.1 of the ADG Code.Maximum penalty—13 penalty units.
(2)
A person must not drive a vehicle transporting dangerous goods in or on a cargo transport unit if the person knows, or ought reasonably to know, that the goods or their packaging are not restrained in accordance with chapter 8.2 of the ADG Code.Maximum penalty—13 penalty units.
