11 References to determinations, exemptions, approvals and licences
In this regulation, a reference to—
(a)
a determination, exemption, approval, dangerous goods driver licence or dangerous goods vehicle licence; or
(b)
a corresponding determination, corresponding exemption, corresponding approval, corresponding dangerous goods driver licence or corresponding dangerous goods vehicle licence;
includes a reference to the determination, exemption, approval or licence as amended.
