128 Duties of drivers
The driver of a vehicle transporting dangerous goods must—
carry transport documentation complying with chapter 11.1 of the ADG Code for the goods; and
ensure the documentation is carried in the vehicle in the way required under chapter 11.1 of the ADG Code.
Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
A relevant emergency service officer may ask the driver of a vehicle transporting dangerous goods to give the transport documentation for the goods for inspection by the officer.

The driver must comply with the request, unless the driver has a reasonable excuse.Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
