144 Tank vehicles equipped with burners
The driver of a tank vehicle that is transporting a placard load and is equipped with a burner to heat the load must not operate the burner or permit it to be operated other than in accordance with part 13 of the ADG Code. Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
