164 Corresponding licences

(1)

This section applies to a licence granted in another jurisdiction if—

(a)

the licence is granted under a provision of the law of the other jurisdiction corresponding to section 193 or 208 (the relevant provision); and

(b)

the licence has effect in the other jurisdiction.

(2)

Other than for circumstances that do not exist in this jurisdiction, the licence has effect in this jurisdiction as if it were a licence granted under the relevant provision.
