172 Applications
(1)
An application for an administrative determination or approval, or for the amendment of an administrative determination or approval, must—
(a)
be made to the chief executive in writing; and
(b)
if a fee is stated for the application under section 246—be accompanied by the stated fee.
(2)
An application for the amendment of an administrative determination or approval must have the determination or approval with it.
(3)
The chief executive may, by written notice given to the applicant, ask the applicant to give to the chief executive the additional information reasonably necessary to decide the application.
