182 Effect of competent authorities panel decisions about particular matters
This section applies if—
a matter is referred to the competent authorities panel under section 181(1); and
the competent authorities panel decides—
that the approval or administrative determination should have been, or should be, given, what the terms of the approval or administrative determination should be, and that the approval or administrative determination should have effect in all participating jurisdictions or this jurisdiction and 1 or more other participating jurisdictions; or
that the approval or administrative determination should not have effect in this jurisdiction.
The chief executive must have regard to the competent authorities panel’s decision.
