209 Applications for renewal of licences
(1)
A person who holds a dangerous goods vehicle licence for a vehicle may apply to the chief executive for the renewal of the licence.
Note—
See division 7, subdivision 2 for requirements about the application.
(2)
The application must include the information mentioned in section 206(2).
