26 Determinations may be subject to conditions
(1)
In making a determination, the chief executive may impose on the determination any condition necessary for the safe transport of dangerous goods.
(2)
A person to whom a determination applies must not contravene a condition of the determination.Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
