261 Existing applications for exemptions
(1)
This section applies to an application made under section 165 of the repealed regulation that—
(a)
is for an exemption from complying with a provision of the repealed regulation that is substantially the same as a provision (the relevant provision) of this regulation; and
(b)
had not been finally decided before the commencement.
(2)
On the commencement, the application is taken to be an application made under section 166 for an exemption from complying with the relevant provision.
