264 Requirements relating to disposal of licensed vehicles continue
(1)
This section applies if, before the commencement—
(a)
a person sold or otherwise disposed of a vehicle to which a dangerous goods vehicle licence under the repealed regulation relates; and
(b)
the person had not given notice of the sale or disposal under section 207 of the repealed regulation.
(2)
The repealed regulation as in force immediately before the commencement continues to apply in relation to the sale or disposal as if this regulation had not been made.
