63 Attaching dangerous goods compliance plates to particular packaging
A person must not attach a dangerous goods compliance plate, or something that purports to be a dangerous goods compliance plate, to a tank, MEGC or tank vehicle unless the design of the tank, MEGC or tank vehicle is approved under section 50. Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
