98 Duty of drivers
A person must not drive a vehicle transporting dangerous goods to which this division applies if the person knows, or ought reasonably to know, that the dangerous goods are not being transported in accordance with chapter 7.1 of the ADG Code. Maximum penalty—13 penalty units.
