Court may make special hardship orders authorising particular persons to continue to drive

(1)

This section applies in relation to a person who—

(a)

has a suspended open licence or provisional licence; and

(b)

is eligible under part 3, and applies under part 4, for a special hardship order.

(2)

A court may make a special hardship order authorising the person to continue to drive motor vehicles under a Queensland driver licence in stated circumstances.
