Notice of automatic extension of prescribed period—Act, s 91VA

Current

For section 91VA(5) of the Act, the person must be notified by the chief executive giving the person a written notice stating—

(a)

an automatic extension of the person’s prescribed period has been imposed because a relevant event has happened; and

(b)

the type of relevant event; and

(c)

the date of the relevant event; and

(d)

for a relevant event under section 91VA(1)(a) of the Act—the time of the relevant event; and

(e)

the prescribed review information for the automatic extension.
