Minor amendments to Queensland driver licences
359 Minor amendments to Queensland driver licences
The chief executive may, by written notice given to the holder of a Queensland driver licence, make a minor amendment to the licence.
An amendment of a Queensland driver licence is a minor amendment if—
the amendment omits a condition of the licence; or
the amendment is for a formal or clerical reason; or
the holder of the licence has agreed to the amendment; or
the amendment does not adversely affect the holder’s interests.
Subsection (1) applies even if the Queensland driver licence is suspended.
The amendment takes effect on the later of the following days—
the day the notice is given to the holder;
a later day stated in the notice.
