439 Fees payable for renewals of Queensland driver licences
(1)
This section applies in relation to a fee payable under schedule 7, item 4(a) or 5(a) that relates to the renewal of a Queensland driver licence for a term that starts on or after the commencement but before 1 July 2022.
(2)
Despite section 390(2), the fee payable under schedule 7, item 4(a) or 5(a) is the fee in force on the commencement.
