77 Deciding applications
(1)
The chief executive must decide to—
(a)
approve the application, in whole or in part; or
(b)
refuse to approve the application.
(2)
Without limiting subsection (1), the chief executive may refuse to approve the application if the chief executive believes a document provided by the applicant to the chief executive in relation to the application is false or misleading in a material particular.
(3)
This section does not apply if the application is cancelled under section 383(4).
