191 Explanation of pt 6
(1)
This part provides for a third party procedure in a proceeding started by claim.
(2)
A third party proceeding starts when the third party notice is issued.
(3)
In addition to the provisions of this part, rules 16 to 18, 20 and 23 apply in relation to a third party notice as if the notice were a claim and the defendant making the claim were a plaintiff and the third party were a defendant.
