429T Disclosure of report
A report prepared for a proceeding by a court-appointed expert is taken to be disclosed under this part if the registrar forwards copies of the report to the parties to the proceeding—
(a)
as required under rule 429S(b)(ii); or
(b)
as otherwise directed by the court.
