54 Special federal matters
(1)
If a matter for decision is a special federal matter, the plaintiff or the defendant must give particulars of the special matter in the statement required under rule 53(4).
(2)
The court must not decide a proceeding that raises for decision a special federal matter unless it is satisfied the notice required by section 6(4)(a) of the cross-vesting laws sufficiently specifies the nature of the special federal matter.
