621 Order to administer
(1)
This rule applies if, under the Public Trustee Act 1978, section 29 or 31, the public trustee applies for an order to administer an estate.
(2)
The application must be in the approved form and accompanied by an affidavit made by the public trustee.
(3)
The application need not be served.
